Problem
In confluence while trying to copy/move page from one space to another, if the destination space name is a subset of a list of spaces already present, the space name is not listed. Hence, the page cannot be copied or moved to the destination page.
Environment
.
Confluence Version 7.2.0 or above.
Steps to Reproduce
Create 20 spaces with the following names:
Step 1:
1. HaCon Orga TPS01
2. HaCon Orga TPS02
.
.
.
20. HaCon Orga TPS20
Also create a space named HaCon Orga TPS.
Step 2:
Create a test page in any one of the 20 pages initially created. Assuming the page is created under HaCon Orga TPS20. Try to move or copy this page to the space HaCon Orga TPS.
Expected Results
The destination space should be listed either through partial search or through full search of the string.
Actual Results
The string is not listed through either partial search nor through full string search. Only the other numbered spaces are listed.
Workaround
A semi partial workaround is when moving page from space to space, there is a browse option at the end. This allows for choosing the space that is not coming up in the search. But this workaround does not work for copying pages to new space, where the browse option is not present.
Rebuilding content index also does not fix the issue.
