Add an option to select a specific version for attachment preview links

Problem

Users are unable to directly select the version of an attachment to display when using a page preview. At present, we're only able to add a preview link to the latest version, which we can then select an older version from. We'd like to add a link directly to the version of our choice, without requiring the users to click on the preview and select the version.

Suggested Solution

Add the ability to select the attachment version when adding an attachment preview link to a page. 

Why This Is Important

When using the different attachment versions in a version control scenario, we want to be able to add links directly to each version of an attachment, accordingly.
