    Description

      Problem Definition

Space administrators can edit all comments within their space. As of now, the date on a comment always indicates the time the comment was last edited, however there is no indication to tell if the comment had been edited/modified previously or not.

      Suggested Solution

To mark the comment as Edited if the comment had previously been modified/edited. And also to provide an information of the modifier (user who last edited the comment).

      Workaround

None as of now, however in Confluence Data Center 7.5 and above - we could use the Audit Log to check who edited a comment.
