Option to see all the labels available in Confluence in every page

Current Feature:
Only labels added to a page can be seen

Expected Feature:
To have an option to see all the labels available in Confluence in every page when user clicks on the label icon.
Now, the main thing customer would like to get from this feature is when using search, and clicking on labels filter- the labels panel will be opened with all the labels exists in Confluence.
This will ease the user to narrow down the results. Also, for companies which have thousands of labels, cannot expect the user to start typing the label, so if this option is there to present the whole labels panel, by clicking on label icon in every page + in search filter will be very helpful.
