Restricted pages that are deleted still show up in "Restricted Pages" tab

Problem

If a page has restrictions applied to it and is deleted, the page will still be listed in the Space Tools > Permissions > Restricted Pages tab

Environment

Confluence Server and Data Center

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add restrictions to a page
2. Delete the page
3. Go to Space Tools > Permissions > Restricted Pages
4. The deleted page will still be listed here

Expected Results

The deleted page should not be listed under Restricted Pages

Actual Results

The deleted page is still listed under Restricted Pages

Workaround

Restore the page, then remove restrictions and delete the page again. The page will no longer be listed in Restricted Pages.

Notes

The issue is not reproducible on versions 7.5.0 and higher
