Re-position of error messages in Confluence upon page move

In Confluence when moving pages if user has no restrict permissions in target space an error about restrict permission absence is shown. 

But when users try to move a large list of pages at once, this error can be missed as it is shown at the top of the list, making user think that no error is shown and nothing happens. 

Please consider changing error message position.
