      Issue Summary

      Error rendering macro 'view-file' when starting Confluence with a Network Service account on Windows.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Start Confluence on Windows with Network Service account
      2. Upload some PDF files to Confluence

      Expected Results

      The PDF files can be viewed on the page

      Actual Results

      Error rendering macro 'view-file' is displayed for each PDF file.
      The below exception is thrown in the atlassian-confluence.log file:

      Workaround

      Run Confluence with a Local System account (not recommended).
