Auto-delete untitled drafts with empty content

There is no reason to hang on to an untitled draft with no content. It just means someone clicked "Create" by mistake, but these empty drafts pile up in viewmydrafts.action and clutter all the rest of it. Confluence could delete these automatically without any fuss.
