Add ability to color "preformatted" text or add monospace font!

Add the ability to allow highlighting/colouring pre-formatted text in Page editor.
It is necessary in some cases to highlight part of the preformatted text, for example to highlight certain part of code. currently page editor doesn't allow changing the colour of the preformatted text.
