Companion App doesn't upload Word documents if Save is pressed after Close

      Issue Summary

Companion App (CA) doesn't detect that a document has been saved, after selecting the Close button on MS Word.

      Environment

      • Confluence v7.0.1
      • Chrome v77.0.3865.90
      • MacOS v10.14.6
      • CA v0.6.2

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open a Word Document in CA
      2. Edit the document
      3. Close the window of Word
      4. A prompt will be shown Do you want to save the changes made to the document?
      5. Select Save

      Expected Results

CA should detect Save and option of Upload in Confluence should be accessible.

      Actual Results

CA doesn't detect the Save action and option of Upload in Confluence is greyed out.

      Notes

In Word, if a document is directly saved, then we do see the option to Upload. It's just when Save is done after the prompt, CA doesn't display the option.

      Workaround

Recover files manually from the file system.

A fix for this issue is available in Companion 1.1.0. View the Release Notes to see what other issues are resolved.

If Companion is installed via the MSI, then it will need to be manually updated to the new version.
