Saving value in bandana is intermittently throwing a status 500 error

      Issue Summary

      We have a feature that saves a map of values in Bandana. Sometimes the error occurs.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Save a map of values in Bandana

      Expected Results

      Values should be saved successfully.

      Actual Results

      A status 500 with the error below

      Notes

      • Have not been experienced in server deployments
      • So far, it can be intermittently hit in DC
      • Can be replicated in versions 6.13.x
      • Screenshot of what is being saved

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.

            I'm with the client that Patricia mentioned in the previous comment. We are a Confluence Data Center client. We are preparing for our Confluence upgrade to version 6.13.4 and discovered this issue. It is happening to us every time we hit the workflow reporter.

            I would like to clarify that we have a client that is having this problem consistently, although is not always reproducible in our environments.
