REST access to Content Properties

Confluence has had persistence for long long time.

For Conntect Add-on vendors is very important to keep as much information in Confluence as possible.

So all we need is to expose access to at least Content Properties.

It's a safe bet as the access is strictly associated to pages to which the user has permissions.
