Issue Summary
When adding a Date Picker to a table cell on a pate, it is not possible to click the table cells above or below the the cell in Firefox.
Environment
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a page in Confluence using Firefox
- Add a table with at least 3 rows
- Click a cell in the middle row and click “//“ to add the date picker
- Try clicking the table cell above or below the date picker cell.
Expected Results
The cursor appears in the selected cell.
Actual Results
The cells above and below the date picker are not selectable.
Note
- Issue is more prominent on empty cells.
- The issue may behave differently when the column contains both dates and texts.
- The issue is that the editor seems to put the cursor on the last date picker on that column
- Other observation is that the cursor is placed on the first line below the title
- The issue is less prominent when the last cell of that column is not a date.
Workaround
The issue is not present in Chrome, so as a workaround use Chrome instead of Firefox to access Confluence.
It also appears to work in Firefox if you click towards the left side of the cell roughly where the cursor would appear in that cell.
