Issue Summary

Space export as PDF doesn't handle page hierarchy correctly.
It seemed to work correctly on Confluence 6.6.4 at least.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create pages with the following hierarchy in a space

   - 1 first level
   -- 1.1 second level
   --- 1.1.1 third level
   

2. Export the space as PDF

Expected Results

1. Each page title should be shown with appropriate style based on the hierarchy like

   1 first level

   1.1 second level

   1.1.1 third level

2. Each page should e shown without any page break

Please refer to 6.6.4.pdf which was exported from Confluence 6.6.4.

Actual Results

1. Each page title is shown with the same style
2. There are page breaks between the pages
