Currently any space admin can give a user export permission on a space. As a Confluence admin, I want to be able to stop space exports globally. We still want to allow page level exports but we want to disable any export of an entire space and limit it only to confluence admins.

With a lot of focus on DLP (Data Loss Prevention) this becoming more essential now. Right now any space admins can export to XML and import the content into another Confluence. This is not right.
