Link directly to Expand macros

It would be very useful if it were possible to create a link directly to the content of an Expand macro. When clicked, the page would jump to the Expand macro, as with an Anchor, and additionally ensure that the macro's content is in fact expanded & visible. Ideally, it would be possible to activate this functionality solely based on the URL, so that links could be made to Expand macros on other pages as well as from outside of the wiki system.
