{children} should allow filtering by lable

      It would be helpful if the children macro would also allow to filter by specified labels:

      Example:

      {children:labels=mylabel1,mylabel2}

      Returns all children of the current page with at least one of the specified labels.

            Another method of implementing this functionality would be to limit the

            {contentbylabel}

            macro to a particular page tree.
