Standard header for Word Exports

It would be amazing if the Word export out of the box included a standard header or footer.  Many standard exports include the following:

This would help my team determine when they exported the document for comparison purposes, the page to reference when in meetings that don't have access to our instance, and the source for allowing others to know where the data was pulled from, even if it was just the parent instance level URL.
