Environment:

Confluence 6.11, postgres9.5. Client machine: Windows 10, IE11

Bug description

Steps to replicate

• Create new line "test3"
• Type Shift + Enter to create a new line test4 instead of new paragraph
• Type enter to start new paragraph test5
  
• Save the page
• Copy page content to other page (select all lines and ctrl+c on Windows)
• Paste the content to other page

Expected results

Formatting from original page will be preserved

Actual results

• Lines test3 and test4 are merged

storage format of the page contains unclosed <br /> tags
