IE11 Browser Zoom-in feature creates grey area below publish buttons during page editing

Environment:

• Confluence 6.10 Linux 64 bit, postgresql 9.5

Client machine:

• Windows 10, IE11

Steps to replicate

• Create new page or edit existing page.
• Use zoom-in browser feature ("ctr +" on windows)

Expected results

Google chrome, firefox, microsoft edge (issue not reproducilbe)

Actual results

IE11:

Workaround

click F5 to refresh the page
