Code Block Macro - inserting random, invalid and unwanted hyperlinks into the code block

      Customer is running Confluence 6.9.0. This exact behavior has been reproduced in a 6.9.0 test environment.

      Please see attached screenshot. Also note that 5 other underlined hyper-links are missing from the screenshot, but are present on the page.
