Direct links to answers and/or comments do not work

Summary

Direct links to answers/comments do not work in browsers outside of Chrome.

Environment

Internet Explorer
Firefox

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a Confluence Question
2. Copy a direct link to a comment/answer left under the question by right click/copying the time/date next to the username from the comment.
3. Browse to the copied link

Expected Results

You are brought to the correct comment or answer on the page.

Actual Results

In Chrome, you will be brought to the correct section of the page, the comment/answer is highlighted, and you are brought directly to the comment/answer. In other browsers, you are brought for only a moment to the answer/comment, but then moved to the bottom of the page to the "Your Answer" box.

Workaround

The only workaround now is to use Chrome.
