The editor opens scrolled to the bottom

Steps

1. Create a page with content double the height of the viewport.
2. Save the page.
3. Scroll to the bottom.
4. Create an inline comment, near the bottom.
5. Open the inline comment.
6. Select the text of the comment and press Ctrl/Cmd+C to copy it.
7. Press E to edit the page.

What happened

It looks like a gray screen appears. In reality the editor is open but there is a large gray area below it and the window is scrolled to the bottom.

What should have happened

There should be no gray area below the editor.

Scroll up to view the editor.
