PDF export will not properly merge/concatenate characters.

Summary

When using "calligraphic languages" (tested with Sinhala, Arabic, and Tamil) characters are not properly connected/merged in PDF export. And "combined/merged characters" (2 close characters form 3rd character) are not displayed correctly. In case when all characters needs to be connected, they are exported as separate characters.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create page with this content: වහල් මෙහෙය මනුෂ්‍යත්වයට තරම් නොවන, ඉතා අශිෂ්ට
2. 

Expected Results

1. When page is exported to PDF you should see the same text: වහල් මෙහෙය මනුෂ්‍යත්වයට තරම් නොවන, ඉතා අශිෂ්ට

Actual Results

Characters will be separated and text will be unreadable.

Notes

During the testing for PDF export font iskpota.ttf was used.

Workaround

Use Word export as the issue is not present with Word
