JIRA Issues Macro "Epic Link" field renders ampersands as "&"

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Confluence 5.10.8 and JIRA 7.1.1 then applink them together
2. In JIRA, create an Epic with summary "Foo&Bar" as the name
3. In JIRA create a Story and link to the Epic from the previous step
4. In Confluence, create a page with a JIRA Issues Macro and link to the Story. Set these display options:
   • Display as "Table"
   • Columns to display: add the "Epic Link" field

Expected behavior

The "Epic Link" field in the macro should show:

Foo&Bar

Actual behavior

The "Epic Link" field in the macro shows the HTML-encoded entity for the ampersand:

Foo&Bar

Other notes

This behavior does not seem to affect other fields, such as Summary or Labels
