Recently viewed dashboard tab does not scroll after you delete a page

Steps to reproduce

• Visit 21 or more pages
• Visit the recently viewed tab on the dashboard. Notice that all 21 show up when you scroll to the bottom.
• Delete a page in the top 20 of the recently viewed list
• Visit the recently viewed tab on the dashboard. Notice it now only shows 19 results.

Possible fix

We could have the dashboard keep fetching pages even if the current page was not a full page (20 results). Instead, it would only stop fetching pages when an attempt to fetch pages results in an empty page.
