Incorrect cursor type when resizing a table in Internet Explorer

Summary

Whenever we insert tables to our pages using Internet Explorer the cursor doesn't change when resizing the table.

Environment

• Confluence 5.10.x , 6.x
• IE 11

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page and add a table
2. Try to resize the columns

Expected Results

The cursor needs to change to become like
