Page editor doesn't refresh an image when it gets overwritten by another with the same name

It is acceptable that Confluence considers the second file as a Version 2 attachment as they have the same name, but since Confluence page editor is a WYSIWYG tool, the bug is because editor shows one thing and saves other - it is not "giving you what you see".
