      Problem Definition

      Confluence at the moment stores all temp files in a single location, including PDF exports. This is configurable in <confluence-home>/confluence.cfg.xml

      <property name="webwork.multipart.saveDir">${localHome}/temp_pdf</property>

      It is not possible at the moment to separate backups or site/space exports from pdf exports, in case you encounter disk space problems.

      Suggested Solution

      It would be beneficial to add a parameter (either in confluence.cfg.xml or a JVM parameter) to specify a separate location for the PDF export location.
