Description
This error occurs under the following scenario:
- Position the cursor at the end of a heading line and insert a horizontal rule.
- Move the cursor to just below the horizontal rule line.
- Hit the enter key.
- The cursor jumps to the top of the page, inserts a row, and changes the text formatting to "paragraph".
However, if you do the following, the behavior is as expected:
- Position the cursor in a row underneath the heading.
- Insert a horizontal rule.
- Move the cursor to just below the horizontal rule line.
- Hit the enter key and a new empty row is created as expected.
If we compare the storage formats for the two scenarios described above, we see that the problem scenario looks like this:
<h2>Header 3</h2>
<hr />
While the error free example looks like this with an extra paragraph tag line:
<h2>Header 3</h2>
<hr />
<p><br /></p>
