Space shortcut is not updated when integrated a JIRA project.

Description

When a user creates a software project space, the project link will be added to the space shortcut. However, if the user adds a new project to space the space shortcut will not add the JIRA project in. The user will need to manually configure the sidebar to add the shortcut.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create an application link between JIRA and Confluence
2. Create a new software project space
3. Select a project and click create
4. You will see the project link is added to space shortcut
5. Go to Space Tools >> Integration
6. Add a new link to integrate another project to space
7. The newly added project is not added to space shortcut
