Uploading File Name with Korean/Swedish/Russian Characters fail in Safari Browser

Summary

Uploading any file with Korean, Swedish or Russian character either with "Drag & Drop" or "Insert file and Images" will not work in Confluence, as a result, it will show up as "Unknown Attachment".

Steps to Reproduce

Access Confluence with Safari.

Drag & Drop Scenario

1. Korean File name is drag and drop to the page

Insert file and Images Scenario

1. Click on the "Insert more content" and choose "Files and Images"
2. Upload a Korean File name and insert.

Expected Results

The file is uploaded as per usual.

Actual Results

The file is showing as Unknown Attachment

Notes

So far, it has been observed with Korean, Sweedish and Russian characters, tests with Chineses and Japanese confirm to work as expected

Workaround

The issue is not observed when the attachment is uploaded via alternative browsers, i.e. Chrome
