When using /jira as the context path to configure IIS confluence will complain application link is not configure when adding JIRA issue macro

    Description

      Summary

      When the user configures IIS proxy for JIRA with context path /jira, confluence will complain that application link is not configured when user adding a JIRA issue macro in a confluence page.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Install JIRA and set context path /jira
      2. Install Confluence and set context path /confluence
      3. Configure IIS proxy for JIRA and Confluence according to this documentation (Configure Multiple Sites on the same IIS instance)
      4. Make sure to create the JIRA URL rewrite rule first
      5. Create an application link between JIRA and Confluence
      6. Go to a confluence page
      7. Add a JIRA issue macro

      Expected result
      JIRA issue macro is added

      Create the confluence rewrite rule first

      Change the jira context path. e.g /jira73
