I got this email, and I couldn't work out why http://cl.ly/image/1a1q273M2P2P
After digging around I remembered it's because I'm watching the 'Confluence' topic.
In anticipation of what we learnt from Team calendars we got the same questions.. "Why am I getting these event added emails?".
We added this at the bottom of the emails to explain why:

If the calendar is embedded on a page they are watching we tell them that as well.
Either way, it would be nice if the email notifications to me why I'm getting them to avoid this confusion
