Ability do display a Calendar macro with a specific month

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently when users have Calendar macro in their page, the Calendar is displayed with the current month, and then users can brows into the Calendar. However, It would be good if there is an option to select which month to load the calendar with.
