Ability to know who created an appointment

      We are using team calendars to manage reservations for our meeting rooms.
      Sometimes we need to know who has made a reservation.
      The appointment creator is visibile only if the "who" field is populated
      There is a way to always show who created the appointment.
      Can we make the who field mandatory?
