I want a page to be able to show all the pages that link to it. I only want to display incoming links from within my own space while others may want to show all incoming links.

[CONFSERVER-4870] Macro to insert incoming links into a page

I found two plugins that provide "incoming links" on the market place, but both are not available on Atlassian Cloud yet.

            https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/net.wimpi.confluence.incoming
            https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/net.customware.confluence.plugin.linking

Since this is a very basic feature, please make sure it is available on Atlassian Cloud asap.

We were asked to comment on this issue if the existing plugin ceased to work, so you could reopen it. Well, the plugin seems to have disappeared, and it looks like it never was available for Confluence Cloud. So please reopen the issue

Is this plug-in still available? Tried the links in previous comments but can't locate it.
It would be really useful to show on a given page all pages that link to that page.

How can I get this facility on the OnDemand platform?

Hi John, from version description it looks like version 3.0 of Linking Plugin supports confluence 4.0. Can be downloaded from: http://www.customware.net/repository/display/AtlassianPlugins/Linking+Plugin as they haven't uploaded it to plugins.atlassian.com yet.

The Linking Plugin has not worked since 4.0. As the incoming links are listed on the page Info, surely it would not be too difficult to produce a macro to do the same?

The Linking Plugin (http://www.customware.net/repository/display/AtlassianPlugins/Linking+Plugin) indeed seems to satisfy this use case. If not, please comment so that we can reopen this issue.

Thanks for the suggestions. Indeed the macro shouldn't be to hard to write.

This would be a BIG plus in being able to create pages that have a macro listing all of the other pages that Link IN to a given page. This would make is much easier for users to navigate around a group of related pages.

It obviously shouldn't be difficult to implement as a new Macro, since you already have that functionality in the "Info" tab. This would allow that information to be embeded in a page.

While you are at it, why not also create a Macro for the Links OUT of a page, this might prove useful sometimes for having a summary list of all the links that are mentioned in a given page.
