Unable to create knowledge page from JIRA Service Desk and the create page macro keep loading forever when if user have the view space permission but not the add page permission

Description

• JIRA service desk is integrated with a confluence space
• User have account in both JIRA and Confluence
• The Anonymous user have the permission to view the space but does not have the permission to add page in the space.

When a user login to JIRA service desk and tried to create a knowledge base, it will be redirected to confluence create page and load forever. This is because the user is not login to confluence and treated as an anonymous user that has the view space permission but does not have the add page permission for the space.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a space in confluence
2. Give anonymous user view space permission and not the add page permission
3. Integrate a JIRA service desk project with the space created in step 1
4. login JIRA and access the JIRA service desk. (Ensure user is not login to confluence)
5. Tried to create a knowledge base
6. The user will be redirected to confluence and the page will load forever until user login to confluence

Expected behavior
The user should be redirected to the login page

Suggestion

Confluence should check if the user exists and redirect the user to login page before redirect user to the create page link .
