      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Customer ask us to allow external users of the JIRA Service Desk being able to see RSS Feed in the portal.

      Actually the Service Desk users are able to see only the portal and the knowledge bases that they have access. These users cannot see the RSS feed in Service Desk.
