      As plugin complexity grows, we have already seen dependancies setup (alot of David's plugins now depend on a specific version of his "utils" plugin). Plugins with similar Granular Versioning as mentioned towards confluence would apply here. Being able to say that Plugin A requires Plugin B, and that Plugin B can be X, Y, Z and cant be A, B, C and might work with everything else - the same enabled state would apply here too.
