      Problem Definition

      As a Confluence administrator, I would like to have embedded Crowd 2.8.4 with the latest versions of Confluence. There are some critical bugs that have been corrected in Crowd 2.8.4, however, Confluence and JIRA still use embedded Crowd 2.8.3 in the latest versions:

      ex) Latest version of Confluence from source still shows embedded Crowd 2.8.3 in the pom.xml file

      Suggested Solution
