Implement additional REST API endpoints for inline comments

Problem Definition

Currently, there's only a very limited number of features/functionality available via REST API endpoints for Confluence's inline comments, e.g. to view inline comments in a page or get its status, but there's no such endpoint to reply to an existing inline comments.

Suggested Solution

Expand the current REST API endpoints for Confluence inline comments to somewhat match the behaviour when accessing Confluence from UI, e.g. ability to reply, like, edit or delete an inline comment.
