      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently there is no way to implement a User Picker in add-ons for Cloud environment because there is no REST endpoint provided to get / search all the users.

      It would be great if there is a REST API that could return all users or a search API for User.
