Unable to fetch Blueprint and Page Template from the REST API

      After downloading the latest version of Confluence 5.9.10, i am unable to fetch the template for the blueprints of my on premise confluence server. Am getting Page Not Found in the response.

      While for the test confluence, i am able to fetch using context/rest/api/template/blueprint resource instead of context/rest/template/blueprint.

      Looks like this resource is broken in the latest release or the documentation is not updated appropriately.
