Accessability when import and exporting word files

Hi

We have some documentation in word files and when import them into confluence the alt text is missing on the pictures. The same thing is when you have made an confluence page and inserted alt text on pictures in confluence they won't follow into the word document! We need this feature since we have several blind people in our organization.
