The descriptions for the "Last Modified" search parameters aren't accurate

When performing a search I can choose a "last modified" time. When I choose "last year" I expect search results from within the last 365 days. The result is that I get search results in the current year.

As a result, the description isn't correct (should say "This Year" or "This Month") or the behaviour should be modified.
