It is impossible to download attachment from Confluence with '++' in the filename

It is impossible to download attachment from Confluence with ++ in the filename. For example, we have attachment with C++ in th filename. We are able to download only 1 version of this file (not the latest) by clicking on file, but if we click on any version (even current) of file it shows 'Page not found'.
