Writing Inline Comments in Confluence in IE 11 is not possible due to scrollbar

Hi,
we use IE 11 and Confluence 5.9.2.
When we add inline comments in confluence, we get an pop up, which looks perfectly fine.
Whenever we start typing, we get a strange scroll bar. This does not happen in Chrome or FF, but only IE (latest Version).
