Plugin webitem lingering around on some nodes after uninstalling plugin on Data Centre

      Uninstalled conf stats plugin on EAC on node 1, but nodes 2 and 3 still have the view page stats icon on the page (even though both nodes agree that conf stats plugin has been uninstalled in upm).

      Possible cache bug? -> com.atlassian.plugin.web.DefaultWebInterfaceManager
