Images in Word document cannot be displayed when the page is exported to PDF or Word

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a word file (.doc or .docx) and attach some images. Save the word file.
2. Create a new Confluence page and insert the Word file. Use the Office Word macro to display the document. Save the page.
3. Export the page as Word or PDF.
4. Notice that the images in the Word file won't be rendered.
